Corse Gallery Now My Studio

I am happy to announce that Corse Gallery is now functioning mainly as my Studio, where I create my art, with just a couple friends showing works alongside mine.

It has been my goal all along.  Going from representing 40 artists and all that involves down to just a few has freed up much needed time for me to paint.

Thanks to each artist who believed in me enough to send me art for the gallery.  It has been a pleasure working with each of you.

Women Painters of the SE (WPSE) is a juried organization. Any woman painter whose works are representational and lives in the SE, USA is eligible to apply. The four-year-old non-profit organization is currently boasting 400 members strong and still growing.

WPSE's mission is dedicated to promoting women painters who reside in the SE, USA through important exhibitions and exposure within national art publications and other media.

This group, though young, has attracted many, very talented women artists and has put on world-class exhibitions, as well as extending other opportunities to women for promoting their works.

Founding member and current President/CEO, Eileen Corse, explains, "Our shows are unique. There will always be a woman judge. Women will always be the prize winners. It's about bringing today's woman painter to the forefront. "
